ACADEMY LEARNING
Swimming lessons for children aged 3 years and older from experienced coaches. Children develop their swimming skills, improve their fitness and socialise. ( Summary ) Swimming is considered one of the most popular and favorite sports for school-age children. The water pressure and resistance during swimming have a special effect on the heart, lungs and circulatory system. Swimming has been shown to have a positive effect on the development of children with bronchial asthma, which is why it is recommended by pediatricians. In addition, exercise helps to strengthen the child's muscles and flexibility. Children who swim regularly do not get sick easily, especially in winter, the chances of catching flu or a virus are significantly reduced, as their immune system is strengthened.

BABY SWIMMING
By Baby swimming we mean the pedagogical swimming programs aimed at infants from 3 months to the end of 3 years , the baby has the opportunity to become familiar with water from an early age and this in infancy can be done easily since just a few months ago they were in the wet environment of the womb. Babies make self-reflexive swimming movements in the water and when they dive they hold their breath without drowning. One of the main benefits that infants gain is adaptability to stimuli, courage ,a higher degree of self-confidence while becoming independent. The warm water of the pool combined with the exercises gives them a sense of relaxation and gives the baby a continuous and more peaceful sleep.
Necessary equipment for infants:
- Swimsuit with built-in diaper or disposable waterproof diaper
- Bath towel or bathrobe with built-in nappy with a built-in wet wipe and a disposable nappy with a built-in wet wipe
